Your body is working very hard in the first few weeks your baby is born and throw in the babies sleep schedule on top of that!
Our fitness class will ease you back into fitness after some months of limited activity .
You can start to exercise your abdominal wall as soon you feel ready. Cesarean is 3-4 months later.
Our instructor who has now been with us over 3 years does many different exercises over the 45 minute classes in segments of 3. He also includes 60 second breaks throughout (which are a blessing).
Crunches, jumping jacks and burpees to name a few. Each class uses different techniques and slowly allows your body to become accustomed to the later classes which take much more core strength. A proud feeling like no other!!!!
Come have some fun with us and feel better about yourself while baby has fun playing with others or on their own. We have exercausers, bouncy seats, a ball pit and lots of toys. Many mom's choose not to carry their baby but of course you are welcome to! Its an all around joyful class for everyone involved. The owners are also here if needed to help with baby, so you can continue with the class.
***You may miss one of the six classes if necessary and make it up in the next session, this doesn't count for the four week session.
