This 60-minute class is designed for moms and babies(non-mobile). Enjoy this intimate class with gentle stretch your postnatal body, bond with your lovely baby and meet other moms.
The class begins with baby massage, and during final relaxation pose, savasana, we let go of the breath and sinks into the floor for a brief moment of meditation after a period of exploration into the body and the senses. Gentle massage with a small dab of lavender or lemon etc on the shoulder and the back to give moms a brief relax moment.
- No yoga experience is necessary.
- Small class size: spaces is limited to 6 per class.
- Feel free to bring your own blanket, and toys for baby to lay on and play.
About the Instructor:
Maggie has been teaching Mom and Baby yoga for years now. She completed her hours through Kids Yoga teacher training and Young Yoga Master, Pre & Post-natal yoga with Toronto Yoga Mamas and Yoga Renew. With over 6 years of experience with children as an Early Childhood Educator Maggie incorporates her useful techniques into her classes. She facilitates the classes with different ECE activities and uses essential aromatherapy oils to create an all encompassing and comfortable post-natal Yoga environment.
