An Intro to Baby Massage and Self-Care 1 spot left
Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 1:00-2:30pm
This workshop will give you an introduction to baby massage and an opportunity to widen your repertoire of nurturing touch. Using journaling and simple meditation exercises, we will also look at self-care and general well-being on the motherhood trip. This drop-in is ultimately about getting grounded and finding your own voice and path in an supportive atmosphere free of judgement and ‘advice giving’. This session is easier if your baby is pre-crawling, but all ages are welcome.
A journal and a pen.
A large bath towel.
Vegetable oil for massage - coconut and olive are great!
Diaper bag with change pad and extra receiving blankets.
Soft toy and or soother.
