Shipping Liability
Once your order has been shipped and is in the carrier's hands, Jill & the Beanstalk is no longer liable for the package. Any transit issues must be resolved with the carrier.
US Orders & Customs
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import fees charged by US authorities upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not controlled by Jill & the Beanstalk.
Important: If a package is refused at customs and returned to us, a restocking fee will apply once the item is received back.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available and takes 2-3 business days.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select countries in Europe. International shipping times vary by location.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a restocking/processing fee of $5.00 may be deducted from the refund total. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing charges and administrative costs incurred when an order is placed and cancelled. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. The order will then be treated as a return, subject to our return policy.

Anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $50. It is economy shipping and Jill and the Beanstalk is not liable without tracking numbers with economy shipping.
