A Quick Refresher: Our Shipping & Return Policies

With back to school in full swing and the holidays creeping up faster than we'd like to admit, we wanted to share a quick refresher on how shipping, returns, and exchanges work at Jill & the Beanstalk. 📦

Shipping Rates

We currently ship across Canada. Orders over $150 CAD ship free, and everything else is calculated at checkout. Discounts can't be combined with free shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, with express shipping available in 2-3 business days.

US and international orders are temporarily paused while we sort out some tariff-related logistics — we'll share an update as soon as that changes!

Local to Toronto? Skip the shipping altogether 🏡

If you're in the city, you can pick up your online order right away at our retail location at 814 College St. We also offer free local delivery on orders over $150.

Once It Ships

Once your order is in the carrier's hands, tracking is sent straight to your email so you can follow along. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, reach out to us right away and we'll help sort it out. Please note that once an order has shipped, Jill & the Beanstalk is no longer liable for the package — any transit issues need to go through the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Got questions or need to make a change to an order? We're happy to help — just reach out. A few things to keep in mind:

• If you're unable to visit us in person, shipping costs for exchanges (both ways) are the customer's responsibility.
• Orders can be cancelled only if they haven't yet been processed, packed, or shipped. A $5.00 restocking/processing fee may apply to cancellations made after payment has been processed. Once an order has shipped, it's treated as a return.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Food
• Consignment items
• Lunch boxes
• Baby bottles
• Water bottles
